The STEM Gems book, club, and programs are products of my own experiences and desire to help close the gender gap in STEM. The STEM Gems book features 44 women STEM leaders of today, each with different goals, paths, and aspirations, and each within their own unique STEM field. I strongly believe that girls and young women need female STEM role models to see themselves as researchers, innovators, creators, and problem solvers.
