Work with unit leadership and team staff to plan, manage, and execute comprehensive communications that support Center for Global Programs and Services and University internationalization goals. Provide communication and coordination services for all teams within the Center, including International Student and Scholar Services, Study Abroad program, and World Scholars program, and a variety of student communities and annual events. Working in collaboration with the University's Office of Communications & Marketing, Admissions office, and other campus partners, responsible for the writing and production of a range of digital and print communications to further the unit’s awareness among internal and external constituencies. Manage the Center's social media content calendar, websites, email, and design efforts - managing part time staff and student interns. Assist with the coordination and promotion of team and Center-wide events, campaigns, and initiatives and support the University's strategic plan and internationalization plan. Chair the Center's Wellbeing Committee, serving as a Wellbeing Ambassador for the University's Employee Health & Wellbeing office. Staff the Center's Communications Committee.

Under the general direction of the Assistant Director for International Student Engagement, implemented aspects of a transactional communication plan that promoted resources, programs, engagement initiatives, and key immigration information to international students, scholars, and employees at the University of Delaware. Served on the Programming and Outreach team and supported the planning, implementation, and coordination of services and programs that enhanced the educational and social experience of international students and scholars at UD. Worked in collaboration with the University's Office of Communications & Marketing and was responsible for the writing and production of a range of digital and print communications that supported the service-oriented strategies and outreach priorities of the Office for International Students and Scholars at UD.

Managed all marketing efforts for this small, but award-winning Mediterranean restaurant, including social media, paid advertising, internal print initiatives, special event planning, online and in person promotions, and more. Managed all catering efforts, working with clients to develop menus to meet their needs and budgets, and planned and worked with kitchen staff on all of the details of the order to ensure quality of product and presentation, and successful delivery and set up. Assisted in all HR efforts including recruitment, hiring, and training.

Expanded and strengthened the development and communications program at this 15 year old statewide domestic violence coalition, including annual giving, major donors, grant-writing, special events, media outreach, public information, and communications.
