Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Project Manager, As-is Analysis of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs): Served as COR for a research and analysis project focused on the current (2018-2019) state of APIs in health app developer settings. This included direction and review of a white paper, in-person technical expert panels, and presentation documents for various audiences. State Innovations Model (SIM), Project Manager (2016-2018): Served as Project Manager for a multi-year inter-agency agreement with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), which provided ongoing support for 13 states piloting projects to build and improve health IT systems.Coordinated technical assistance for multiple states implementing health technology solutions. Projects included integrating social determinants of health data, using data and analytics to counteract the opioid crises, and analyzing HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance needs for health data systems.Convened state health IT stakeholders for in-person and online multi-state collaborative meetings focused on successful implementation and connectivity of health data systems. Assisted the IHS Office of Information Technology (OIT) and supported the Chief Health Informatics Officer (CHIO) with relevant 2020 project work.
