- Maintain regulatory reporting, tracking and benefit functions;- Meet yearly to improve benefit package resulting in improved employee compensation;- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 40 employees;- Process and verify billing of services to state and local agencies for approximately 100 clients;- Conduct interviews for open employment opportunities on an ongoing basis;- Attend job fairs to recruit local talent;- Supervise staff of approximately 35 employees;- Maintain employee records and audit quarterly to ensure accuracy;- Design and implement employee retention programs;- Participate in a yearly audit with the Department of Human Services;- Maintain Workmans Compensation and Unemployment records;- Complete yearly training as needed
