I supervise the Copy & Print department at staples which is accountable for over 25% of their annual income. I schedule and staff acordingly to traffic and according to sales demands. I organize and manage the department to satisfy our customers needs and wants. I provide creative and unique insite to orders to give them a unique touch that no one else has. I make sure our customers leave the store completely satisfied and if they're not than I find solutions to solve the problem. I manage several cash drawers daily as well.
