• Delivering a high standard of drug and alcohol recovery intervention, in relation to the needs of the service users, as part of Inclusion and Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.• Providing each service user with a range of psycho-social intervention, which motivate and support each service user to achieve recovery and positive outcomes with recovery-orientated substance misuse treatment• To work in collaboration with the clinical prescribing team at Inclusion, to ensure the needs of each service user is met• Delivering recovery orientated and outcome-focussed goal setting with an individualised care plan for each service user (using SMART goal planning)• Vast experience of identifying and formulating recovery goals, which are jointly agreed with the service user in regards to their personal recovery plan, which are appropriate to their specific needs.• Possess relevant knowledge of structured information about drugs and, related issues which include blood borne viruses and safer sex and harm reduction.• Effective and professional multiagency working with a range of people including service users, colleagues and external partners/providers to ensure the service users’ needs and safeguarding needs are met• Successfully co-ordinate and manage a caseload of service users with a range of risk factors and needs including, dual diagnosis and other mental health related issues, self-harm, chaotic drug use, accommodation needs.• Have a passion for helping people in recovery• Knowledge of safeguarding requirements with the ability to make sound judgements in relation to risk and protection• Work under own initiative and take responsibility for decisions taken• Accurate, timely record keeping and ability to produce written reports within set timelines • Resilience and capacity to deal with demanding and challenging situations• Understand and be able to demonstrate a commitment to Equal Opportunities and Diversity.
