- Implement HR plans and human capital strategies that support the achievement of organizational objectives and long-term goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of current programs and initiatives and utilize results to hone strategies and inform decision making.
- Facilitate due diligence efforts in regard to potential acquisitions, ensuring a seamless integration to maintain business continuity and cultural alignment.
- Maintain companywide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and mitigate risk through proactive policy updates and employee training programs.
