• Responsible for both large and small project billing and general office duties• Offer a full range of office support to the Business Development Manager, President and Corporate General Manager, such as specifying furniture using Giza 2020, preparing proposals, purchasing, editing, filing, faxing, photocopying and small project management • Fostering client relationships with provincial government accounts by taking proactive approach to customer service• Coordinate all travel arrangements and provide itineraries when needed• Process credit card payments, ensuring to maintain confidentiality at all times• Demonstrating effective, professional communications, both written and verbally, when addressing and resolving client issues• Prepare professional quality documents and presentations for print with the use of MS Office, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat• Responsible for managing multiple email addresses – this involves using good judgment to prioritize, file, respond and purge when necessary • Establishing and fostering positive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors• Balancing competing, often conflicting priorities and strict, often short timelines • Exceeding customer expectations for service, quality, budgetary adherence and timelines • Tender and proposal preparation and submission• Creating and maintaining records database• Assign tasks to office staff when required • Maintain office inventory• Manage company website and phone system• Responsible for training office staff on computer systems
