Reporting to EVP of Healthcare Financial Solutions and responsible for Customer Support and Professional Services for Healthcare Financial Solutions’ full suite of product offerings. Leading by experience and example to reach maximum client satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. • Sets the strategic direction for support and professional service operations; overseeing 36 FTE’s• Owns and drives total forecasting and target attainment for the support and professional service departments ~$23.4M P&L• Establish clear, measurable objectives for the support and professional services team in line with division growth and profitability targets, monitor and measure these objectives regularly, providing coaching and discipline as required• Engage team in sales cycle, resulting in more accurate scope deals and smoother transitions to Professional Services and Support• Works closely with research and development in evaluating and assigning engineering priorities• Oversees working capital operations, ensuring the timely collection of recurring revenues• Negotiates customer agreements and works with legal counsel to generate contract vehicles• Assists with the performance of due diligence, assessment, and integration of new acquisitions

Reporting to EVP of Healthcare Financial Solutions and responsible for Customer Support Healthcare Financial Solutions’ full suite of product offerings. Provide direction to the support team that enables support of mission critical financial software solutions to Hospitals. • Sets the strategic direction for support and customer success operations; overseeing 18 FTE’s• Owns and drives total forecasting and target attainment for the support departments ~$18.4M P&L• Monitors team performance and utilization and oversees training and development programs• Provides escalation leadership for significant incidents and problem management processes• Leads operational analysis and measurement of critical service metrics and KPIs• Works closely with research and development in evaluating and assigning engineering priorities• Supports sales operations in completing RFP responses • Oversees working capital operations, ensuring the timely collection of recurring revenues• Negotiates customer agreements and works with legal counsel to generate contract vehicles• Assists with the performance of due diligence, assessment, and integration of new acquisitions
