I was originally trained in Sanger Sequencing and am now working with Next Generation Sequencing Technology through Illumina's Hiseq and Miseq Platforms. My skills include: DNA and RNA library preparation and highthroughput sequencing analysis. I graduated with two B.S.'s at The Ohio State University in Molecular Genetics an Physical Anthropology and have further background in ancient DNA, archeology, and human dentition.I specialize in the follow platforms: Illumina platforms: HiSeq, MiSeq, Cbot.
