· Conceive, design and implement high-end residential and commercial gut renovations.· Design kitchens, baths, millwork and closets using extreme attention to detail and creating beautiful and highly functional spaces. · Draft plans, millwork packages, lighting and electrical plans, construction details and shop drawings.· Select and procure all finishes and equipment, aid in selection of furniture and lighting. · Submit to NYC DOB plans for permits, liaise with co-op and condo boards for approval.· Manage projects, select, award and oversee sub-contracts, installations, issue change orders, invoices, RFI’s, conduct client, architect and sub-contractor meetings, execute punch lists. · Drive the project from conception to completion, maintaining high-end quality work, the overall project schedule and budget.

Responsible for High End Residential renovation projects in Manhattan from conception to completion. This includes: site surveys, space planning, design, drafting plans and elevations in AutoCAD, building submissions, building department submissions, construction documents, millwork design and shop drawings, furniture fixture & equipment specification, lighting design and electrical plans, project management and punch-list execution.
