I am responsible for streamlining front desk operations at Orlando Family Chiropractic; such as answering the phone, scheduling appointments and processing payments. I am a key communicator on the team and often act as the liaison between the doctors and the patients. I manage patient billing, insurance logging and maintaining patient records. I also spearhead their social media channels and ensure they are regularly updated with the most relevant information.
