Tese is an early stage fintech start-up that aims to reshape the landscape of sustainable finance by connecting SMEs with access to cheaper capital and innovative solutions to support their sustainability journeys.

- Combining the flipped classroom approach and e-learning tools to teach legal skills at scale

- Crafting innovative legal arguments in favour of climate-linked migration through the re-interpretation of existing precedents that may bolster litigation efforts- Directing our legal education department and remotely supervising clinic students at law schools in the US and Asia, including Osgoode Law School, University of Hong Kong, American University and University of California - Berkeley- Other general responsibilities incl.: managing internal/external projects (e.g. our Current Affairs team), formalising internal development strategies, allocating budgets and conducing team building exercises - Keynote speaker at at the 40th Public Interest Environmental Law Conference

- Drafted a legally robust strategic report on Mapping the Path Towards Exporting the Owner State Model (a natural resource-management model where the revenue, made from sustainably leasing/taxing common-owned resources, goes back to its people)- Assessed and evaluating country conditions and constitutional provisions across the globe pertinent to natural resource management, sustainability, climate change, citizen engagement and sovereign wealth funds- In turn, provided an in-depth analysis to discern the extent to which the constitutional and regulatory landscape of diverse locales facilitates, or conversely impedes, the successful adoption and implementation of the various elements of the Owner State Model - Devised culturally and politically sensitive ION strategies/recommendations incl.: Targeted country/organisational approaches, promotional activities and networking strategies

Composed a research report - Breaking the Cycle of Family Violence in Indigenous communities: A Perpetrator-Based Approach – which was later published in the Parliamentary Library.

Interviewed experts on economic relations between China, Australia and other ASEAN countries. I also independently designed and edited broadcasts on these topics in both English and Chinese.
