About Stephanie Hale

I am a communicator and developer of talent. I love working hand-in-hand with leaders, helping them to realize a vision, overcome obstacles and develop their followers into leaders. The work I'm most excited about right now is:- Creating learning networks where leaders from various organizations learn, teach, experiment and grow together. I am currently facilitating and supporting a group of 70 HR leaders from over 50 higher ed institutions in a dynamic learning network.- Deepening my coaching practice with new tools from Presence Based Coaching. Our habits live in our bodies!- Sharing the stories of how work influences our identities and the way we see the world. I am the co-host of the Work It Podcast, distributed through WFAE, Charlotte's NPR news source. I am learning so much about people, interviewing, scripting, editing.
