• Direct oversight to a community based program and its’ daily functions.• Supervise a staff of 20 or more direct support professionals.• Daily communication with individuals and their families to guarantee service is at utmost potential. • Develop and implement Community Habilitation goal plans in order for individuals with varying abilities to work on enhancing their activities of daily living skills all while ensuring staff compliancy with NYS Medicaid documentation. • Ensure OPWDD and Center wide training compliancy for all staff annually. • Facilitate and lead extensive large group trainings bi-annually for all staff within the community based program.

Provide support for Life Unlimited, a day habilitation program without walls, located at the SUNY Adirondack campus.• Develop and implement plans to assist college students in meeting college goals and objectives.• Writing and updating detailed weekly schedules for both students and staff. • Provide support for maintaining an independent and successful lifestyle outside of college and in the future.• Provide activity and program maintenance, developed specifically for students with a variety of communication, organizational and social barriers.
