• Coordinates the resident selection process for the Child Neurology Residency and NDD Residency Programs. Insures that up to date recruitment information is available to applicants on hospital website and in printed form on interview days. Determines availability of faculty interviewers and establishes interview dates for candidates. Develops inter-related interview schedules for all applicants and faculty. Works with residents and residency director to arrange for group meetings, presentations, luncheons and tours. Insures that all applicants are directed or escorted to appropriate interview locations on visit days. Obtains evaluations from interviewers, prepares summary information for resident ranking meetings, and assembles final ranking information for submission to SF Match via residency director. • Supports the development and introduction of new and experimental education initiatives for medical students and residents.• Maintains portions of Neurology intranet website pertaining to CME activities and clinical training programs including home pages for the child neurology and NDD residency programs, Sleep and Epilepsy fellowship programs, and other department-funded subspecialty fellowships.Maintains resident wiki site.• Organizes and schedules conferences, seminars and other department sponsored programs or events including an annual Sleep course and biannual Michael Bresnan CME course. Maintains proper certification for conductance of CME planning activities. Works with course directors to select dates and venues, plan course content, and invite participants. Works with Harvard Medical School to publicize course activities, register and check in participants, and obtain CME credit for participants. Works with participating faculty and Media Services to obtain and distribute course materials to participants.• Organizes and provides administrative support services for the Medical Education Director.

I coordinate the the Nancy Lurie Marks/Harvard Fellowship program.I also manage CME events for the Neuro department at Children's Hospital, as well as work in the Academic Office.
