- Created and implemented onboarding toolkit for new hires to drive self-sufficient culture, shorten time to contribution, and ease integration on a global scale; reduced inquiries to HR and projected a reduction in early attrition- Ran survey analytics to provide insights into status of org development, process initiatives, and acquisitions; recommended leadership development discussions and mid-year performance reviews- Created a tutorial for 3,800 leaders to access and interpret results of an employee opinion survey to enable leaders to drive change; projected increase in “My Manager” category scores in years to follow- Collaborated to develop monthly vehicle of communication for HR Generalists and leaders to provide just-in-time learning about various topics such as compensation, ethics and compliance, and diversity- Designed performance management toolkit to communicate ideals of meritocracy and relative performance scales to all 41,000 team members; provided link between practices, behaviors, and values- Developed recommendation for creation of Marketing Development Program; specifically improved forecasting practices

Responsibilities included recruiting, interviewing, and communicating with prospective Krannert Masters applicants. Also, I coordinated and organized Krannert Weekend in an effort to engage faculty, current students, alumni, the administration, and future students to attend Purdue University for their graduate eduation.

Provided general HR guidance in matters of FMLA, relocation, and compensation. Worked with Leadership Development Team in creation of Leadership Toolkit and leadership strategy.
