Over the years, I’ve witnessed so many people feeling completely disconnected from themselves and others, overwhelmed by high stress, anxiety, and a sense of being stuck with no way out. I want you to know that I am here to help you begin—I'm a great place to start to help you begin to take the lead in your wellness journey.My journey into mindfulness and nature therapy has been profoundly healing for me, empowering me to manage my own well-being, and I am passionate about sharing these tools with others. With a background in social services, I've worked with individuals from all walks of life, which has only deepened my dedication to this work. I offer guided meditation and nature therapy sessions for individuals, groups, corporations, and non-profits, and I lead workshops and conferences on self-awareness, mindful living, and leadership. Whether working one-on-one, with groups, or at workplace wellness events, my goal is to create a supportive space where people can reconnect with themselves and reclaim their wellness. I run weekly groups and am available to facilitate guided meditations, forest therapy, and mindfulness workshops, and sessions anywhere.
