With over a decade of experience at STARCO Europe A/S (now KENDA Tires Europe), I have evolved from a technical support role to my current position as a Project Engineer at KENDA. My journey began with liaising with sales personnel and managing projects, ensuring legal compliance and due diligence in the supply chain. As the Group Technical Engineer, I expanded my responsibilities to become the company representative for key industry groups, advising executive/senior management on legislative requirements and addressing customer/market legal requests.In addition to managing the internal test facility, where I focus on wheel and tyre product development, quality assurance, and VAVE testing, I ensure that equipment is meticulously maintained and calibrated to meet internal and external test standards. My role requires extensive collaboration with KENDA personnel at all organisational levels, necessitating the preparation and presentation of training materials for effective communication and improved customer service levels.Prior to my tenure at KENDA, I served as a Graduate Software Engineer at Aerosystems International, contributing to major projects such as the Automatic Train Control system for the Victoria Line Upgrade and the Taipei Rapid Transit Systems. This experience honed my skills in system integration, test log analysis, and problem-solving within the CMMI Level 5 framework.My earlier career includes roles at Tesco Stores Ltd, where I served as a Customer Assistant and Team Leader, and A1 Graphics, where I gained work experience as a Graphical Technician.Throughout my professional journey, I have demonstrated adaptability, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in various technical and customer-oriented roles.
