As president, I am the Chamber's chief staff officer responsible for day-to-day operations, working under the direction of the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategy and programs that fulfil the Chamber’s mission of enhancing the economic prosperity of greater Silver Spring through robust promotion of its member businesses and unrelenting advocacy on their behalf.

Membership Recruitment & Retention: Research and identify potential members; Follow up on member leads; Assist new members with onboarding process; and work with membership department to establish a vibrant retention program.

Membership Recruitment & Retention:Research and identify source of potential members; Follow up on Potential member leads; assist the new members with the on-boarding process and work with a Membership Development Committee to set up a vibrant retention program. Also evaluate and encourage Chamber programming and events as they pertain to recruitment and retention figures.
