Responsible for the medical billing of over 200 homes or facilities pertaining to physical, occupational, and speech therapists’ services. Primary duties include maintaining patient charges, tracking therapists’ services, which includes time and pay. Other duties include correcting and verifying payroll for field personnel weekly and bi-monthly. Additional duties include creating monthly invoices for all facilities as well as any and all necessary invoice corrections requested by facility business offices.

• Review and process daily loan accounts involving payments, pay downs, draw advances and payoffs.• Review daily reports such as unpostables, activity posted and transfer system to correct errors as regards to clients’ accounts.• Perform daily maintenance and updates on clients’ billings.• Request specific loan documents from other bank institutions and title companies to update spreadsheets for exception tracking.
