I recently relocated to the Tucson area and am actively seeking an opportunity to return to a supply chain management and logistics role.

During a period of professional transition, I applied my professional acumen and organizational strengths to promptly respond to telephone complaints and emergency calls. Determined caller needs, responded to questions and advised caller of actions. Dispatched law enforcement units as appropriate.

Following my Honorable Discharge from the US Army, l was hired by Northrup Grumman based on my background in military logistics and supply chain management to serve as an Instructor for rapid deployment of GCSS-Army Unit Supply from a Legacy Property Book Unit Supply-Enhanced (PBUS-E) STAMIS system to a modern SAP unit supply system. Developed training material, prepared presentations, and training aids for Unit Supply Commanders, Property Book Officers, civilians and junior soldiers. Facilitated 40-hour platform training and oversaw a final exam for up to 25 soldiers. Directed on-site implementation of equipment, validation of data, and post go live activities. Subject Matter Expert to Senior Managers on the status and readiness of the GCSS-Army System; recommended courses of action for migration activities, technical issues, post-live activities and support issues. Briefed United States Army's future Unit Supply Specialists and Unit Supply Sergeants in Active Duty, Army Reserves, and National Guard components throughout the Army.Highlights of My Achievements Include:► Delivered 65+ worldwide projects and site surveys to 1,000+ personnel for GCSS-Army Net Fielding Training with concentration in Property Book Accountability and Unit Supply Business area. ► Selected to mentor 22 Junior Instructors, achieving an 85% success rate in instructor growth and development by setting quantifiable goals and assessing performance from initial training to post go live. ► Enhanced training programs by sharing observations and recommending improvements to boost soldier comprehension. Oversaw course Product Improvement Programs (PIP) and facilitated site preparation.

From 2012 - 214, I was charged with leading logistics for 158 soldiers and multiple civilians in logistics and supply chain management for $100M in transportation equipment (rail systems, boats, vehicles, and weapons) for the Battalion and 5 companies throughout the Korean Peninsula. Spearheaded efforts to reduce logistics footprints and maintenance burdens, increase readiness, improve supply chain performance, implement condition-based maintenance strategies, develop system support concepts, and introduced best practice initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and reduce total ownership cost. Advised Battalion Commander on logistical issues in accordance with Army Regulations. Supervised and mentored a Junior Supply Specialist in administration, training, and logistical support.Highlights of My Achievements Include:► Developed Command Supply Discipline Program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Manual that resulted in organization passing inspection at Brigade Level. ► Prevented $500K+ in financial losses by optimizing utilization of a financial loss system that improved accountability of commander’s role in inventory management.

During this time, I was promoted to oversee $81M in controlled contracts budgets in accordance with government regulations for training, supplies and deployment of soldiers for a brigade based in Germany. Determined distribution and positioning of equipment and key material among major supply stations, stock points, and COMSEC. Served in a project management capacity, guiding team leads in allocation and transport of ~4000 personnel and equipment across each infantry battalion. Inspected supply property books for accuracy and directed movement of soldiers and weapons in alignment with local laws. Coordinated, monitored, and provided daily logistic status reports on requirements, logistics preparations and sustainment. Highlights of My Achievements Include:► Directed return of $25M in excess and serviceable equipment in preparation of Brigade’s deactivation. Achieved 9-month deactivation timeline for an installation that had been in Germany for 30+ years. ► Discovered excess equipment valued over $25M by creating placement charts within the underutilized CPOF system that enabled live tracking of critical classes of supply and maintenance. ► Coordinated transportation of supplies and 4000 soldiers for a mission in Afghanistan. Additionally, organized lodging, food and additional operational needs for the mission.

During this time, I led a team of 7 in management and maintenance of ~$30M+ in supplies and signal equipment throughout 9 locations across Japan. Coordinated movement of equipment and monitored and scheduled maintenance to ensure all equipment was calibrated and operating correctly. Documented property loss, inventory, receipts and disposition reports for companies. Conducted inventories and reconciled assigned equipment accounts. Advised hand receipt holders of measures to be taken on resolution of all property accounting discrepancies. Highlights of My Achievements Include:► Led 78th Signal Battalion in becoming the 1st Army unit to receive 100% commendable (zero issues) on the Department of the Army Inspector General for the Command Supply Discipline Program.
