Stephanie has also represented clients who have an interest in the law created by other cases, appearing as Amicus Counsel in high-profile cases. ​Stephanie honed her research and writing skills during her tenure as a law clerk for Judges Buth and Redford in the 17th Circuit Court and Judge Baillargeon in the 48th Circuit Court. Prior to joining Smith Haughey, Stephanie was a law clerk for Judges Buth and Redford in the 17th Circuit Court and Judge Baillargeon in the 48th Circuit Court. While there she reviewed motions, researched legal issues, drafted legal opinions in both civil and criminal cases, and gained valuable insight into the inner workings of the court.
