• Offering event production, products and services for agencies, corporate and private clients with an expertise in creating end to end event experiences• Advised and consulted clients, including but not limited to; processes, Project Management tools such as Asana and Procim

Live and virtual event management for global accounts, primarily working on the Spotify account worth an estimated 20 million in revenue a year.• Building and managing client relationships, whilst maintaining an understanding of the clients’ needs and goals.• Coordination with internal travel team for organization of client group travel from 500 to 1000 plus delegates• Project management across multiple events, responding to initial briefs and guiding the client from initial concept, through proposal stage and production. Working with studio team for set-up and creation of micro-site for event registration.• Preparation and management of budgets up to, and exceeding 500k in multiple currencies, whilst assisting on budgets of over 1 million. Supporting event team on budget management and processes• Negotiating contracts with hotels, venues, and support vendors and management of invoices and PO’s through financial platform• Onsite management including hotel, internal team, vendors, and client.• Post-event financial reconciliation, event expenses and client debrief.

Facebook and Instagram accounts for global events, other corporate clients included Bentley and Cartier.• Managing client relationships, including weekly conference calls and face to face in-office meetings.• Pre-and post-event coordination, initial kick-off meetings and conference calls with client to discuss SOW, building initial proposal and budget• Management of end-to-end budget on Procim platform; producing quotes for client pre-event, management of event expenses, PCN, PAF & PO’s, post-event financial reconciliation.• Onsite management of suppliers, Brand Ambassadors, photographers, videographers and the event team in London, Belgium and Cardiff.• Post-event debriefs internally and externally, in-office meetings and reports.

A newly launched initiative managed by Amazon Tickets, responsible for managing the hospitality at productions including John Legend, Blondie and Alison Moyet shows.• Pre-and post-event coordination, including insurance, risk assessments and reports, updating inventory• Management and hiring of staff, troubleshooting for all team members• Overseeing and coordinating of layout and set-up of VIP areas.• Food and drink menu design and selection, cultivation and securing of corporate sponsors including Fiji Water and Belvedere Vodka.• Full budget management, approving suppliers and managing payments, and providing training to freelance team members on budget software

Talent management and marketing for chefs and restaurant handling clients, including restaurants and events, such as Roux at Parliament Square, Caiger & Co, Taste of London and London Food Month for Evening Standard.• Design and content of monthly marketing campaigns for clients.• Maintaining client’s weekly blogs, social media sites, websites and database updates.• Event coordination including risk assessments, logistics, PR and marketing initiatives.

An upscale wine and cocktail bar located in heart of Soho, I was hired for the launch, which included an extensive marketing plan as well as introducing an event programme.• Implementation of social media campaigns, website development and content.• Solicitations of corporate sponsorships including Remy Martin and Diageo.• Secured media coverage for opening including Time Out and Evening Standard.• Client outreach - nurturing and development, maintaining and coordinating all events for parties up to 260 for product launches, VIP events and corporate.• Marketing and coordination of VIP lounges at outside events promoting 68 and Boston at venues including Cocktails in the City, ONE Mayfair, Taste of London.
