I took a year away from my career to be at home and care for my baby. I am now looking to obtain a position in the software engineering industry again. I was a software developer for 15 years and then moved into a scrum master role and a management position for 4 years. I am looking to continue in a management position where I can utilize my development experience, management experience, and knowledge learned from obtaining my Software Engineering Management Masters degree. I would like to continue my growth in management and leadership as well as continue to help others improve, grow, and advance. I would be happy to utilize my years of agile experience as well, either in a scrum master role or helping to foster and grow development teams to work in an agile framework.
