About Stephanie Horne

My passion is faith, family and people in my care. My present role grants me the opportunity to form lasting relationships with clients and employees. I am always looking to connect dots, and interested in new opportunities in our market. I manage high performing teams that design and install physical infrastructure, integrated security and audio visual project scopes. Moving from an HR background into an operational role was a natural fit for me. I will stop at nothing, to achieve my best. Know when to do each one-Always support your team the best way you know how-Require accountability-Sometimes a project is not the right fit -Speak with kindness and truth, even in tough situations-Admit mistakes I am excited to be part of the construction industry as we are finally realizing the need to integrate new technology in our space to reduce risk, injury and burnout.
