Stephanie has spent 25 years in the financial services industry including being the Director of Operations of an Investment practice that consisted of 300+ high net worth clients with over half a billion in AUM. She also serviced a corporate retirement plan business which served 65 local businesses. The latter experience, helped her to perfect business practices, concepts, and skills while serving in and acting as a consultant for many of those companies. She has a RICP® Retirement Income Certified Professional certification and has passed The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination-Series 63, FINRA General Securities Representative Examination-Series 7, and Virginia State Life and Health Insurance License. She is also studying for her CLF® Chartered Leadership Fellow and is expected to earn that designation in March of 2025.Stephanie founded and was the CEO of her own successful business for over 5 years assisting new businesses with anything from establishing new office procedures, to hiring and managing their staff, to marketing and brand recognition, to assisting with pre-construction development including creation of MME/FFE, Private Placement Memorandum for investors, and pro forma.
