Although I started my career in FP&A and auditing, I quickly learned that I thrive in any kind of role where I am helping people, solving a problem, or making a difference. During my tenure at Dell, I was encouraged to try different roles outside of Finance, that were able to utilize my analytical, financial skillsets to improve both Marketing and Sales teams. I was able to learn all about lease financing and hardware pricing by working with Sales to derive special pricing in a deal-desk environment. I quickly learned that working with Sales is much more exciting, with every day being different. I then learned all about the Partner Marketing world managing MDF budgets, and again found a niche role working with the Sales teams to drive acquisition rebate programs. Regardless of what functional area of business I find myself in, my passions include driving process improvement and systems efficiency, that drive results to the top or bottom line. I have a proven track record of forecasting improvement success stories as well as successful cross-functional collaboration. I thrive in a fast-paced environment, where I can make a difference!
