• Selected among a group of competitive applicants to manage recruitment counselors for spring 2018 formal sorority recruitment, the process in which over 900 women at UMD join a sorority• Interviewed and assessed sorority women to fill 72 roles of recruitment counselors • Hosted meetings and organized training sessions for the recruitment counselors to perform their best as guides for potential new members during formal sorority recruitment
