I joined Pointsbuild in 2016 as an Education Officer, and now work in the role of Learning Manager, Professional Services. I collaborate with and manage a small team of learning designers and contractors to develop engaging online learning experiences, for Pointsbuild and our clients. Qualified with an Education degree, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, my role involves learning design and the curation of Pointsbuild's online learning course content to ensure that our courses are regularly reviewed and updated through a continuous improvement process to be in line with current legislation and industry best practice. I also work with our Pointsbuild Partners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure new courses meet the CPD needs and expectations of our customers and clients.Having a background in education, adult learning, online learning, and community management spanning 20 years enables me to work effectively in partnership with stakeholders to create innovative, timely, and engaging online learning content and experiences for a variety of audiences.
