    -Answer over 30 phone calls, emails and messages per day. Ensure that all the necessary paperwork is filed and that applicant forms are completed and processed in a timely manner. -Schedule Interviews: schedule interviews for up to 40 applicants a week. This involves coordinating schedules with applicants and interviewers, creating calendar invitations, sending interview confirmations with Teams meeting links, monitoring inboxes, and reconciling interview cancellations.-Screen over 150 applications per day before moving qualified applications forward in the applicant tracking system. Read resumes and cover letters to see if their backgrounds align with open positions. Pre-screening candidates over the phone as well as answering questions about the position to determine if they should be moved forward to the next recruitment step. Send assessments via e-mail to qualified candidates. - Update Applicant Information in the applicant tracking system, while upholding confidentiality and sensitivity of data. - Meet with over 100 prospective candidates for virtual video interview via Teams per month. Take detailed notes during interview and make on the spot job offers to qualified candidates based on their responses and previous experience and assessment results. Schedule follow up meetings to those that may need to make adjustments to meet technical requirements. -Send decline emails or create and send offer letters to candidates -Track and input all new hires, declined and missed or rescheduled interviews into the ATS and follow-up with candidates as needed.
