Spent over a year working retail, in that time worked my way up from Casual sales staff to Store Manager. I am a hard worker and fast learner, I pride myself in my customer service and ability to work well in a fast paced environment. As a Store Manager I am trusted to run a store and manage a team, keeping to store budgets and maintaining company image and standards. Working effectively to achieve goals and set up promotions in a timely manner. We also look after customer inquiries both in store and on phone, and make sure we are giving accurate information or passing it on to the right head office team to properly handle the situation.
