Hi my name is Stephanie Joy De Arao, From Philippines and my niches are social media management, Customer service and sales. The last 2 company I’ve been with is GOAT and Flagship One Inc.I worked as an Email support with GOAT, it is an E-Commerce company means Greatest of all time dealing with Designer Shoes and bags. We are responding via email to hundreds of emails per day regarding refund, filing a claim for a missing product, providing information about an inquiry and many more. We are using Zendesk as our ticketing tool. While I worked as an account manager for Flagship One. It is more of a virtual assistant position because once the customer called in I will be the one to assist them. I will sell them the product by providing them the information, advantage and the benefit of ordering the Car Part from us then place the order for them, charge thier card using stripe or authorize.net and inform them about the status of the order from time to time until they receive it with no issue. The first hour of my shift will Be for responding of emails from the client whether it’s a sales or a customer service email, Then mostly the rest of the day will be for taking calls it might be a sales or a customer service call and cold calling while dealing with a customers on live chat because that is my technic to get more sales. In a day I should have talked to 25-35 persons and I should close 2-3 sales in a day but I can close 3-5 sales in a day the tools that we are using are Ring Central, Live Chat and CRM Zoho, authorize.net or stripe form payment.
