I am a Research and Project Manager with extensive experience in the academic and public sectors. A savvy facilitator and negotiator, leading projects within a context of strict regulation and managing relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders. Delivering refined abilities in planning, collaboration, and project delivery, alongside a passion for supporting people. As the Grants and Business Administration Manager at Orygen, I am helping to establish our internal research enablement functions. I provide leadership, advice and support to researchers with competitive proposal development and end-to-end grant management activities. I manage coordination of research contracts, and am building business processes to optimise our grant development, project initiation, and research budget management. I'm passionate about setting research integrity, impact and knowledge translation as key pillars of effective research project design.
