To create and manage the marketing communications activity for HBB Solutions, House Buyer Bureau and Apex Bridging Loans. Activities include website amends, competitor analysis, advertising, artwork, e-marketing, literature, Google Adwords, SEO, lead creation, lead analysis, social media, monthly reporting.

Implement and manage the companies Marketing Communications programme across all business areas including Furniture, Industrial and Export.Activities include PR, exhibitions, SEO, Literature, Mailings and New Product Development.

Implement and manage the companies Marketing Communications plan. Activity consists of:- E-marketing - Using Mail Chimp to send out campaigns to our prospects and clients.- PR - Celebrating our successes writing and distributing press releases. - Awards - Applying for relevant awards and successfully winning the Nottingham Trent University Excellence in Customer Service Award at the 2015 Supplier Awards.- Tenders - Applications to tender for contracts. Recently successfully winning the re-tender for the next 4 years for Nottingham Trent University.- Digital Marketing - Social Media via Facebook, Twitter and Linked In.
- Website updates - Making changes to text and images via the CMS system.

I am also responsible for existing clients Account Management and fulfilling their sales orders via the bespoke CRM system.

Implement and manage the overall Marketing Communications Programme across all strategic business units within the agreed annual budget, ensuring effective analysis of campaigns. With two direct reports over my time at Essentra I was also responsible for the following:Marketing & Communications:- Raising external profile globally amongst customers, suppliers and the industry.- Developing and executing internal and external MarComms programmes with focus on exhibitions and events, PR, website, e-marketing, social media, advertising and literature to commercialise existing and new products:- Event management - Planned and executed the companies joint celebration for their Centenary and Queens Award. Also responsible for numerous summer family fun days and Christmas parties. - Exhibitions - Planning and executing global exhibitions and trade shows in the USA, Europe and China.- PR - Working with the PR agency and Sales to brief press releases to the agency and making amends once written before submitting to clients for approval.- Website - Working with the web agency to plan and launch new websites for different business areas and utilise new CMS systems for updates.- e-marketing - Designing and distributing campaigns- Social media - Facebook and Linked In.- Advertising - Media planning.- Producing new literature.Sales & Market Support- Develop support tools and assist the sales team in building value for their customer strategies.- Joint responsibility with Product Managers for MarComms activities in relation to relevant products including launching new products- POS and Packaging design including consumer research, working alongside the Graphic Design Studio and R&D.- Campaign analysis and lead monitoring.- Development and implementation of campaigns to commercialise existing and new products in the range.In addition to my role I was the Health & Safety representative for the offices and sat on the Health & Safety committee.
