I have a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and have been lucky enough to use it in several capacities:1. I was a middle school social studies teacher. I planned, prepared, and delivered interesting and engaging lessons for grades 7-9.2. I worked in Implementation for a medical software company for 6+ years, utilizing adult learning styles with great success. I was responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all aspects of implementation including training the client through key product learning milestones.3. I was the Education Manager for a medical software company, creating a new department from the ground up. I implemented a new LMS for our company, improving our onboarding capabilities. I created and managed microlessons for six different softwares. I ensured all documentation for internal and external parties was up to date. I do not reserve those a-ha moments solely for others. I am constantly pushing myself to learn new things which resulted in a Master's degree in Political Science.
