-Consult with business and functional leaders to define competencies for specific roles and attend client meetings to assess needs of hiring managers. -Interview, pre-qualify, negotiate offers with hiring managers and candidates, and close hires.-Prescreen candidates with detailed phone screens, evaluating candidates’ compatibility with specific job requirements, ensuring the right fit prior to submission to client. -Track candidates’ activities, including phone calls, emails, interview preparation and debriefs, and offers through CRM and tracking system. -Maintain membership in and attend events for Insurance Industry associations

-Maintain relationships with claims managers, adjusters, agents, and property managers.-Identify priority commercial centers of influence, set appointments, maintain active involvement in commercial associations.-Plan Continuing Education classes for insurance professionals.-Event planning and luncheons.-Create Emergency Ready Profiles for commercial clients.-Present updates in Marketing Department to owners and team members in weekly board meeting.-Increase revenue through direct referrals, assign jobs to team of estimators, monitor progress, and report back to referring party.

-Marketing insurance agents and adjusters with emphasis on building relationships and brand awareness.-Prospect new business, and update database of existing clients as needed.-Attend networking luncheons and events.-Provide daily reports and track direct job referrals.
