Provided leadership and field support to a team of 8 consultants who served 40 schools across Northern New Jersey. Recruited, interviewed, hired and onboarded team. Developed relevant materials and resources to support schools and consultants.

Provided 1:1 dedicated support and customized education to patients with Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. Identified resources and healthcare options for uninsured/underinsured patients. Presented program capabilities to large hospital systems, managed care providers and insurance company case managers.

Transitioned patients and their families discharged from inpatient to outpatient program. Coordinated logistics including transportation. Served as liaison between families and clinical staff.

Partnered with 20 local chapters to assist families with children in special education, including training on special education law, individualized education plan development (IEP), and advocacy best practices. Attended and supported families at Child Study Team meetings. Created quarterly newsletter, resources and fact sheets.

Sought out employment opportunities and provided employment training for individuals with developmental disabilities. Assisted families with obtaining services including transportation and SSI.
