I became an integral part of our Quality team in 2019. My initial focus was completing ISO 9001:2015 certification, which was achieved by the end of 2019. In response to my efforts and contributions I was promoted to lead quality auditor in 2020. I focus on improvements to our program as our company continues to grow. Since taking on the lead role managing this program I have updated or developed documentation for hundreds of processes. I am maintain and update quality objectives, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement. I am responsible for analyzing our customer inputs and presenting this to upper management each quarter. In addition to customer input I organize quarterly reports to summarize internal inspections, non-conformances, corrective actions and opportunities for improvement for direct upper management review. I am passionate about this program because I have seen the value it adds to our team on a daily basis.

Daily tasks include customer care in the forms of quoting, processing & shipping. Special attention given to error reporting and analysis, resulting in improved customer service functioning. Coordination of domestic freight for international customers, as well as responsible for proper export clearance documentation. Analyzing trade agreements, tariff coding, and compliance. Preparing packaging instruction for shipping and documenting hazardous materials per IATA and IMDG guidelines. Event coordinator for trade shows, certification and misc. events. Marketing assistant with in-house promotions and social media accounts. Secondary in accounting fully efficient in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
