Manage all City of San Antonio (COSA) Right of Way (ROW) accounts for SAWS (D&C and Engineering). Create COSA, TXDOT, and Bexar County Utility excavation permits. Monitor all permits created for all work orders done by SAWS maintenance personnel. Train and mentor 60+ D&C's maintenance Foreman on the regulations in the Utility Excavation Criteria manual and City ROW Ordinance. Provide management with daily cost reports associated with COSA permits that SAWS applied for.
