Responsible for leading the division's general ledger, financial reporting, technical accounting, payroll and accounts payable functions, along with associated internal control requirements. Prepare and brief analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results. Interface with divisional and corporate senior leadership in Contracts & Procurement, HR, FP&A and Business Development to provide counsel and execute decisions. Provide matrixed guidance and direction to align program finance and GAAP reporting requirements.

Responsible for leading the division's general ledger, financial reporting, technical accounting, payroll and accounts payable functions, along with associated internal control requirements. Prepare and brief analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results to division CFO, corporate CFO and CAO. Interface with divisional and corporate senior leadership in Contracts & Procurement, HR, FP&A and Business Development to provide counsel and execute decisions. Successfully remediated internal control deficiencies including GL closing processes, journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue recognition, EACs, accounting system user access and segregation of duties. Assumed additional responsibilities from January 2015 through June 2015 as acting Finance Director for six C3ISR programs with contract values ranging from $25M to $1.6B. Manage and develop a team of 16 accounting managers and staff, and 18 C3ISR program finance staff and managers. Provide matrixed guidance and direction to align program finance and GAAP reporting requirements.
