Responsibilities*Perform extensive internet research and sourcing strategies to find active and passive candidates as well as company competitor information*Prescreen candidates using interview questions and other criteria filters*Participate in client and candidate networking (career fairs, hiring events, etc.)*Ability to prepare advertisements and job postings *Weekly Payroll and invoicing*Sign up new contractors by initiating background checks and administering drug screens*Utilize social media (LinkedIn, job boards, Twitter, etc.)*Ability to multi-task daily work, projects, and other various tasks that may arise during the day*Provide assistance to the department*Additional responsibilities as directed my management

-Financial Reporting-Month End Reconciliations-Banking Transactions-Asset Management-Utilized Peoplesoft, Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, Quickbooks, and Powerpoint

-Assist in processing and selling loans to other companies-Enter new loans on the bank's system and book to the general ledger-Handle customer problems and complaints-Order and gather all information necessary to approve a customer for one of the various loan programs-Create spreadsheets and charts to monitor the mortgage department's gains/losses -Cut checks to vendors-Utilized Excel, Word, Outlook, Encompass, Arta, ITI, Premier Citrix, Publisher, and Loan Prospector

-Managed all of the accounting, cash flow, payroll, A/P, A/R-Managed HR operations of hotel and two night clubs-Implemented handbooks for employees-Implemented Peachtree for Windows as the accounting system-Created spreadsheets to monitor sales and cashflow -Handled all assets-Helped implement marketing strategies -Set up weekly meetings for employees
