About Stephanie Laborge

I am a registered psychologist with experience providing counselling and assessment services for youth from 4 through to 20 years old. Specializing in OCD, anxiety, depression, school refusal and social/emotional regulation, I use a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approach along with exposure and response prevention (E/RP) to alleviate symptoms of worry, rumination, intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviours, negative self talk, and more. I also provide psycho-educational assessment services for dyslexia, learning disabilities, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and giftedness.
