I am a dedicated Early Childhood Educator and passionate advocate for inclusive, high-quality education. With extensive experience in both classroom teaching and leadership roles, I specialize in fostering the social and emotional development of young children through emergent curriculum design and anti-bias education. My work in full Spanish immersion programs and nonprofit organizations has equipped me with a deep understanding of the diverse needs of children and families.Beyond the classroom, I am a committed advocate for equitable access to early childhood education. As part of my work with a nonprofit focused on early education, I apply a racial equity lens to policy analysis and advocacy efforts, driving initiatives that ensure all children in Massachusetts receive the support and resources they need for a strong educational foundation. Through my involvement in the Advocacy Network, I collaborate with peers to build advocacy expertise, develop inclusive policies, and influence state and local decisions to advance early childhood programs.I am deeply committed to creating environments where every child can thrive, and I work closely with educators, families, and community leaders to make this vision a reality.
