Successful in turning a small mom and pop diner on brink of failure into a successful profitable restaurant. Within month of working I built customer loyalty and base by over 115%. Brought in new ideas and sales completely made a turn for the better. Growing revenue by over 200% on a consistent daily basis. Saved the kitchen 1000s on food cost by shop around. Successfully bring back nostalgia in quaint diner by adding atmosphere and focusing on the customers. Built a business page on social media and increased our awareness and outreach not only through the community but also throughout the city, county and state. Maintaining relationships with local businesses to help grow ours through a word of mouth recommendation.

Recently my other half passed but together we owned a successful 18+ year business Salem Hardwoods. He did the installing, I did the sales and customer relations part. Together we were a force to be recognized, unfortunately, Neil, my other half passed August 2019 and I decided to close the business in December 2019 with a work force that was too new to the game. In my role as part owner I constantly worked on our social media sites,expanding our business views and online appearances by over 350%. I also educated out customers on taking care of the flooring options and maintenance. I estimated jobs and built client relationships through phone and personal interactions.

I was held accountable for shift duties including breaking down and setting up the restaurant for service, entering daily totals to ensure a valences safe, responsible for shift training and advisement, customer relations, knowledge of food and beverage by actually describing dishes, ensuring proper protocol for private functions and seeing the guest had the best experience possible.

In this role I overseen the daily numbers for this Estée Lauder Belk account. I was in charge of organizing events, increasing sales through personalization, phone calls and mass mailing. My ultimate goal and job was to empower women by helping then accentuate the beauty they already had and to help bring confidence through makeup and skin care. This job required extreme attention to detail, visual focus, and recommending the right things for individual needs and concerns. Daily task were cleaning, sanitation, monetary responsibility, and increasing daily sales to meet goals set by both companies. I was required to continue my education through the company by attending educational programs through the company.
