Stephanie was responsible for developing the master schedule and cash flow for the Southwestern College $800 million construction bond program. The plan received full support from the San Diego Taxpayers Association. Demonstrated team leader with strong interpersonal skills. Reviews diverse construction contract types. Leads team schedule and cost review meetings including estimate at complete, percent complete, cash flow forecasting, and risk management. Prepares presentations for a set of diverse stakeholders including the San Diego Taxpayers Association, Citizens Bond Oversight Committee, and District leadership. Stephanie also held responsibility as the program controls manager for the ongoing $389 M Prop R and $400 M Prop Z construction bonds. . San Diego Gas and Electric, Gas Transmission Projects and Pipeline Integrity,Stephanie held responsibility for planning, execution, and reporting of the master schedule for the $900M Gas Transmission Projects and Pipeline Integrity Execution portfolio. As part of an organizational realignment, Stephanie lead a P6 database migration for a portfolio natural gas project schedules. Stephanie was responsible for coordinating with interdisciplinary departments including finance, project management, and scheduling.

San Diego Gas and Electric L1600 Test Versus Replacement PlanLine 1600 is part of the Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan and includes the construction, operation, modification, and maintenance of the San Diego Natural Gas Pipeline and supporting facilities. Stephanie created and updated program and project scheduling reports to facilitate the timely and cost-efficient execution of the $600M program and its 19 separate projects. Stephanie provided forecasts, trending and variance reports that facilitate corrective action by the project team. She also collaborated with stakeholders to create and refine contractor contract terms, report templates and align standards and processes with the Project Management Office.

Long Beach Community College District Bond Management ProgramManaged and developed the 2041 master schedule for the construction program under the $1.5B Measure LB Bond Program, Measure E Bond Program, Proposition 1A, Proposition 47. Provided forensic schedule analysis and support in the negotiation of delay claims. She ensured financial payment applications followed approved schedule performance. She analyzed multiple construction schedules and proactively ensures the work is carried out in accordance with the contract documents.
