Sales leader responsible for all sales and marketing efforts for downtown hotel location totaling 180 rooms and 3,000 square feet of meeting space including the direct supervision of sales associates.

Responsible for all sales and marketing efforts for the Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn by Hilton hotels totaling 248 rooms including the direct supervision of a Sales Manager. Increased Extended Stay Occupancy at Homewood Suites by over 10%.Grew RevPAR at both properties.

This role provided me the unique opportunity to develop a strong Hilton OnQ Front Desk knowledge while also spending time in the sales department. I worked both first and second front desk shifts and assisted the Director of Sales with a wide variety of tasks from working booths at trade shows and outside sales calls to building BEOs and other administrative duties.

I completed an internship program in the In Room Dining department during the summer of 2007. Upon graduation in 2008 I was hired as a Guest Services Supervisor. In this role I assisted the manager in overseeing the Valet, Bellstand, Doormen, Transportation, Concierge, Resort Reservations and Regency Club.
