As Chief Investment Officer, oversaw premium content including 50 active contributors and a variety of news letter services. As co-portfolio manager and Director of Research worked with Jim Cramer in the daily management of the Action Alerts Portfolio including macro strategy, portfolio construction, and stock selection. Stephanie was Chairperson of The Street Foundation, an entity committed to helping individuals and their communities understand financial literacy.

During the 10 years at the firm, was promoted to various roles in Institutional Sales, New York Institutional Sales Management, and Director of Research. Was ranked number one in sales for 9 consecutive years internally from analysts and was top 10 in ranking with all clients. As sales manager, she restrucutured the New York office while covering accounts at a top level. As research director, she reorganized the team, increased company coverage, and improved the ranking of the department measured by Institutional Investor.
