Co-manage the CREF Stock Variable Annuity Portfolio using a complimentary allocation of actively managed disciplines, fundamental analysis, and quantitative structure. Oversee asset allocation, manager selection, and risk managment for the overall portfolio. And manage a team of 33 senior analysts with a focus on fundamental research idea generation, portfolio managment and risk assessment.

Portfolio Manager for the TIAA Global Asset Management organization. Manage two equity portfolios focused on large capitalization, US based companies with $3.7 billion in assets. The portfolios are highly concentrated with 55-60 names with an emphasis on quality on "sale"; strong balance sheets, market share positioning and free cash flow growth. Disciplined on valuation with catalysts especially when underappreciated by others. Focus on being a visible leader with other PMs and the analyst team with strong preparation, idea generation and regular communication. Was promoted to SMD Head of Global Equities in July 2018.

Led all investment, research, and contributor recruitment activities at TheStreet, Inc. As Chief Investment Officer, oversaw premium content including 50 active contributors and a variety of news letter services. As co-portfolio manager and Director of Research worked with Jim Cramer in the daily management of the Action Alerts Portfolio including macro strategy, portfolio construction, and stock selection. Stephanie was Chairperson of The Street Foundation, an entity committed to helping individuals and their communities understand financial literacy.

During the 10 years at the firm, was promoted to various roles in Institutional Sales, New York Institutional Sales Management, and Director of Research. Was ranked number one in sales for 9 consecutive years internally from analysts and was top 10 in ranking with all clients. As sales manager, she restrucutured the New York office while covering accounts at a top level. As research director, she reorganized the team, increased company coverage, and improved the ranking of the department measured by Institutional Investor.
