Intimately involved from procurement to fulfillment including inbound and outbound freight. Organized plan of action to ensure inventory accuracy. Work closely with the team on discrepancies within the warehouse inventory operations. Manage and audit inventory systems to maximize accuracy. Work one on one with overseas agents and customs brokers on inbound freight. Contact and arrange freight brokers for freight in and out bound. Open communication with staff, agents and customers to ensure products move at minimum cost, at maximum speed through the systems created.

Procurement and fulfillment of product needs for the construction plans at hand. Using Excel, NMCI, and sourcing materials for said plans. Kept all inventory accurate for all project sites and in storage.
