Responsible for all operations systems content and process, to ensure efficient and customer focused operation of G Adventures tour products.Responsibilities:*Ensure internal reservations system content is complete and accurate*Coordinate product changes in reservations system as well as passenger notifications of any changes*Assist Inventory and Operations Specialists with emergency and last minute bookings and customer information*Assist with reservations system inquiries and maintenance*Assist with ongoing development and management of business integration system*Conduct a regular reviews of all existing product and systems content*Assist with development of new reservation system features and efficiencies*Assist with loading data into reservations system
